COUCH TO 5K

A 9 week couch to 5k programme to get you into fitness. Gradually building momentum in a safe and friendly atmosphere with trained professionals. A 5 kilometre run will take place at the end of 9 weeks which you will hopefully complete within 30-40 minutes. All training is  provided. Locations to be confirmed. A sample schedule has been produced with three 30 min sessions per week that include a warm-up and cool-down session. After events are available for those that want to socialise after sessions.
