FARANROE CLUB

The Couch to 5K programme is a beginners programme to get the public into fitness with a personal trainer and fitness instructor delivered over 9 weeks with three 30 minunite sessions per week. Participants will be able to run approaximatly 5 kilometers in 30-40 mins. A training plan will be provided. There will be several cohorts in attendance. So book early to avoid disappointment. A wellness retreat will be organised for the end of May to celebrate an achievement and begin a lifetime of friendships/ partnerships.

    THERE ARE GREAT BENEFIT TO WALKING. FOR THOSE THAT PREFER WALKING TO RUNNING, THERE IS A WEEKEND 2 HOUR SOCIAL WALKING SESSION.
  • SOCIAL COFFEE CLUB

    A MORNING/ EVENING COFFEE CLUB TO SOCIALISE AND MEET LIKE MINDED PEOPLE. TRY DIFFERERNT VARIETIES AND ENTER COMPETITIONS.
